PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the balance between electric-power consumption in the daytime and that in the nighttime, and absorb the power-consumption peak within the customer. SOLUTION: A power dam mounts the devices from the receiving power to the output in one box. The electric-power dam is constituted of an AC/DC converter C, a power storage device E, an inverter F, an input setting control board K, and an output setting control board L; stores midnight power, or the like, in the capacitor-type power storage device; and discharges it in the peak time of demand.
