PURPOSE: A service mediation system and a mediation method therefor are provided to prevent the unnecessary drain of information by removing the member subscription duty of a service requester, and receive a service of a service provider by simply providing information about destination as a voice using a wireless communication terminal of the service requester. CONSTITUTION: A server of a service company receives a service request signal of a service requester(B20-1), grasps position information of a wireless communication terminal of the service requester(B20-1) and wireless communication terminals of a plurality of service providers(B20-2) through a CI(Cellsite ID), and retrieves a service provider of a same cell area or an adjacent cell area(B20). If the service requester(B20-1) transmits a request signal(B30-1) using the wireless communication terminal, a wireless communication terminal number(B30-2) is simultaneously transmitted to an ISR(Interactive Speech Response), and the ISR transmits information including the destination of the service requester(B20-1) to an SMS(Short Message Service) through a voice recognition function(B30). The CI of the service requester(B20-1) is compared with the CI of the service provider(B20-2) for grasping the wireless communication terminal of the service provider located in the same cell area or the adjacent cell area, and the destination and the wireless communication terminal number(B30-2) of the service requester(B20-1) are transmitted to the wireless communication terminal of the service provider as a character message(B40-3)(B40). If the character message is displayed on the window of the wireless communication terminal of the service provider(B50-1), the service provider confirms the position and destination displayed on the window, calls the wireless communication terminal number(B30-2) of the service requester(B20-1), and grasps more detailed information to be moved to the position of the service requester(B50-2)(B50).
