PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circuit board fixing structure which is capable of easily and quickly mounting various kinds of circuit boards having mounting holes at different positions on a circuit board mounting unit of one kind. SOLUTION: Spacer and engaging members 3 are fixed to a circuit board 1 with screws 4, and the spacer and engaging members 3 are inserted into engaging cutouts 2a provided to a circuit board mounting unit 2. The engaging cutout 2a is formed into a joined shape composed of a half of a small track and another half of a large track. When the constricted part 3c of the spacer and engaging member 3 is moved from the half of the large track to the half of the small track, the circuit board mounting part 2 is pinched between the columnar part 3a and flange 3d of the spacer and engaging member 3. When the mounting position of a spacer and engaging member on a circuit board is different, another engaging cutout 2c is bored in a circuit board mounting unit in accordance with the different mounting position.
