PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an extra thin coaxial cable with high electric characteristics even in a high frequency region. SOLUTION: This extra thin coaxial cable 10 has a conductor 11 having a diameter of 0.127 mm or less, a cross section area of 0.01267 mm<2> or less, and is formed in a way that a plastic sheath layer 14 having a metal vapor deposition layer 17 is installed in the outer circumference of a wire material 20 containing the conductor 11 by longitudinally attaching the plastic tape 16 having the metal vapor deposition layer 17 on the inner layer side in the length direction of the wire material 20.
