PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a switching amplifier that can reduce the effect of a switching noise so as to enhance the audio performance. SOLUTION: The switching amplifier is provided with an analog circuit earth 10 connecting an operational amplifier group in a delta sigma modulation circuit 4 to ground and a digital circuit earth 11 connecting a constant voltage switching circuit 5 to ground. The analog circuit earth 10 and the digital circuit earth 11 are separately connected to ground.
