PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that reduction in size of a three-phase AC/DC converter and enhancement of noise resistance of a bi-directional switch are needed. SOLUTION: A first series circuit of a first switch means Q1 , a primary winding N1a and a second switch means Q2 , a second series circuit of a third switch means Q3 , a second primary winding N1b and a fourth switch means Q4 , and a third series circuit of a fifth switch means Q4 , a third primary winding N1c and a fifth switch means Q6 are connected, respectively, between the lines of three-phase AC input terminals 1r, 1s and 1t. A full-wave rectifier circuit is connected with the secondary winding N2 of a transformer 2. Switches S1 -S6 of the first, second and third phases are subjected to on/off control sequentially.
