PURPOSE: Provided is a device for drying persimmons without considering weather conditions, thereby producing high quality of dried persimmons. CONSTITUTION: The device for drying persimmons is characterized by comprising the parts of: a drying chamber(10) has vacuum sealed structure; and a ventilator(20) at one end of the drying chamber, wherein the drying chamber has charcoal at a regular interval to prevent the generation of bacteria and fungi on persimmons.
