PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a developing device and an image forming device capable of preventing floating of a gap member between a plurality of developer carriers and image carriers, and of securely guaranteeing the gap between each developer carrier and image carrier, and the gap between adjoining developer carriers, when performing multistep developing by disposing a plurality of developer carriers, in one device. SOLUTION: The developing device 3 having a plurality of developer carriers 31A, 31B adjacently facing the image carrier 1 is a supporting means rotatably supporting neighboring first and second developer carriers 31A, 31B keeping a predetermined gap, and is composed of a supporting means capable of moving the second developer carrier 31B in the rotating direction letting the first developer carrier 31A as a rotation center, and a pressing means pressing the second developer carriers 31B toward the image carrier 1. |
