PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To thin a convector receptacle not at the expense of working property of a shell. SOLUTION: A connector receptacle A is provided with plural contacts 1 contact-conductive with the contact 61 of a connector plug B, a support body 10 for supporting the contact 1, and a shell 20 to house the contact 1 as well as the support body 10 and for shielding the contact 1. The shell 20 consists of the first shell 30 and the second shell 40, which are mutually adhered in a form of pinching the contact 1 and the support body 10. Therefore, shapes of the first and the second shells 30, 40 are simplified, as compared with a case wherein the shell 20 of a complicated shape is formed by one member, and thinning is realized not at the expense of the working property of the shell 20 (the first and the second shells 30, 40).
|
