SOLUTION: The DC power supply with charging function distchecks a battery pack 5 if it is full or not by monitoring the cell temperature indicator 52 in addition when not charging the battery pack 5, detects an unused tool 4 by the magnitude of the load current and do not restart charging when the continuous unused time is less than predetermined.
