PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a testee to take a fair examination without the variations in the judgment by an examiner, omission and a possibility of false recognition and without the occurrence of differences in the judgment of driving skill. SOLUTION: The traveling positions, traveling speeds, stop positions and runover outside the roads of a test vehicle 1 driven by the testee taking the motoring skill examination are detected by an aboveground system 2 and the results of the detection are sent to the test vehicle 1. The results of the detection are received from the aboveground system 2 by the test vehicle 1 having plural sensors relating to the traveling and stopping and the driving conditions of the test vehicle 1 are decided and marked by the results of the detection and the results indicated by the plural sensors.
