<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an office work processing method and an office paperwork processor which enables even a beginner to easily process a large amount of office paperwork with slips in different formats, in a short time. SOLUTION: An operator is made to be a full-time person in charge of a single entry item, fields of the corresponding item of a received image slip are displayed on the screen of an operation terminal of the operator, the operator is made to input data, and the fields where data are inputted are combined and restored, after confirming data input. Since only data of an input item, for which the staff is responsible, are displayed on the screen of the operation terminal, the staff can input data without being aware of differences of slip formats, even if the format of a transfer slip is different in each financial institution, and the staff can perform work easily and efficiently in a short time.</p> |
