PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an equipment attaching structure with which the main body of equipment to be attached can be installed easily without causing any gap between the equipment and other equipment already installed in the periphery. SOLUTION: With this equipment attaching structure, the main body (1) of the equipment such as electric equipment, electronic equipment, etc., is attached and fixed to the wall surface (10), etc., of a building through a fitting (2) which is directly attached to the wall surface (10), etc. In this structure, a plurality of attaching pieces (4) is formed in the upper end section of the fitting (2) and, at the same time, a plurality of hook pieces (3) are formed on the upper edge of the main body (1). In addition, the main body (1) is mounted on the upper end section of the fitting (2) so that the main body (1) may not slip down when the pieces (3) and (4) are shifted in the opposite directions after the pieces (3) and (4) are mutually put among others by respectively shifting the pieces (3) and (4) leftward and rightward, and at least one of the hook pieces (3) is moved in the attaching direction from the shifted position.
