PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To record a plurality of programs and contents which are superposed on a plurality of carrier signals in an overlapped time band and transmitted in a recording medium by using one recording device. SOLUTION: In coding parts 21, 22, two analog broadcasting signals are received via an antenna 10 for receiving, program signals which are superposed on the respective broadcasting signals are restored and digitized, and TS signals constituted of a plurality of TS packets are produced. In a multiplex recording part 30, the TS signals which are outputted from the coding parts 21, 22 are inputted, the TS packets contained in the two TS signals are multiplexed, and MTS signals as recording signals are produced and recorded in an installed recording disk 50.
