PURPOSE: A method for removing condensed water of heat exchanger for vehicle is provided to efficiently remove condensed water by reducing number of starting of a blower fan motor. CONSTITUTION: A method includes the steps of: a step(S23) determining whether time has passed since an air conditioner is stopped over fixed time; and a step(S24,S25,S26,S27,S28,S29,S30) cutting off current supply to a blower fan motor when time has passed since the air conditioner is stopped over the fixed time and an engine is stopped and driving the blower fan motor for fixed time and stopping when the time has not passed since the air conditioner is stopped and the engine is stopped.
