PURPOSE: A business method using a wire/wireless Internet and a packing paper is provided to enhance a satisfaction of a consumer by endowing a serial number on a packing paper being issued in a company using a wire/wireless Internet and registering/managing the serial number. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing company and a distributing company(100) issues and requests a serial number on a packing paper and requests an additional service(300) to a server(200). The server(200) opens and manages a managing site through a web server(260), supplies a property and a service on an on-line, and receives a price thereof. The additional service(300) processes additional information being requested in the company(100), supports a client DB management, an intention decision support, an OLAP(On-Line Analysis Process) analysis, a statistics analysis, a text mining, a data mining, a web mining, etc. through an on-line client relation management, manages a web advertisement, a mail advertisement, and a royalty program for a DB marketing, and performs a support such as a research through a client question investigation analysis, and a statistics analysis. A consumer(400) purchases a commodity having a serial number, registers the serial number in a serial number DB(210) of the server(200), and receives a profit of a consumer service(500). The consumer service(500) supplies various kinds of profits to the registered members using the database of the server(200).
