PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for processing information on real estate- related dealings, that is, a system for processing information on real estate- related dealings which effectively matches supply with demand and also provide a method therefor. SOLUTION: A real estate information-registering and-editing part 1 receives the input of values and the editing regarding each element for every real-estate item. A score-processing part 3 preliminarily sets up the weight of each element for every type of users and converts each value for every element of the real-estate information into scores which are preliminarily in correspondence with each value and computes the weight corresponding to the types of the designated users and the evaluation values for every real-estate item based on the scores. A search-processing part 4 provides the real-estate information based on the evaluation values according to the request for conditional searching and the like from a terminal T via a communication network.
