PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and method for a radio communication which enables the arrival of a call to be steadily notified a receiving party to simplify the repetition of connection on a sending party. SOLUTION: In the radio communication device of which a user can communicate with the opposite party's terminal, which is second party's, via a network, a mail sending is made to the opposite party's terminal when it is impossible to connect to the opposite party's terminal in making a communication request to the opposite party's terminal.
