PURPOSE: A process for forming a concrete structure is provided to replace common steel bar based piping frameworks for slave and wall body of the structure, to avoid installation of the steel frameworks, to reduce processing time period and labor and to save expenses for the repair/reinforcing works. CONSTITUTION: The process comprises a series of steps for installing metallic panel along a dome of the tunnel to form the concrete structure(S1); puncturing a hole for inserting anchor nut by means of a hammer drill(S2); jointing anchor bolt to the anchor nut and securing the panel along the dome(S3); inhibiting movement of the panel and, at the same time, installing metal rods cross one another through openings of the panel to reduce load thereof(S4); and introducing ready-mixed concrete(cement mortar) by means of a pumping apparatus onto the metal panel to cover it and then curing the concrete(S5).
