PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To record with good jitters even at a variable linear velocity. SOLUTION: A test-writing is performed on the outer periphery region of a disk at different plural linear velocities, and recording parameters suitable for each linear velocity are obtained. Recording parameters corresponding to the linear velocity for the region to be recorded are obtained on the basis of the corresponding relationship between the plural linear velocities and the recording parameters suitable for each linear velocity.
