The invention relates to an anchoring device for a jack box in service boxes. The inventive device consists of a closing mechanism comprising a sliding element that is articulated to a lid or cover for the connector. Said sliding element is provided with parallel longitudinal guides which are disposed close to the sides of the connector body and which are articulated to the lid by means of two dual pivot points, thereby forming four pivot points between the sliding element and the lid of the connector.
