PURPOSE: A method of delivering a special message of a WLL terminal system is provided to generate a special dialing tone according to a special message of a WSC(Wireless Switching Center) when a terminal is hooked off, thereby enabling a user to easily recognize a specific service function set by the user. CONSTITUTION: A WLL terminal system is in an initial state(S1), and decides whether a receiving conversion function is set(S2). If not, the WLL terminal system decides whether a present speech mode is set(S3). If so, the WLL terminal system performs a set general speech function(S4). If a message signal is received to request to deliver a special signal from a WSC, the WLL terminal system generates a specific signal sound informing a user of a specific function setting every call(S7).
