PURPOSE: A wet and dry mixed pulp mold system is provided which is characterized by improving work space, reducing electrical consumption, increasing durability and productivity, and making it possible to wash a metallic mold automatically. CONSTITUTION: The wet and dry mixed pulp mold system is comprised of: a forming tank(3); a lower mold device(11) absorbing pulp and forming the first formed-material(5); a rotary mold device(21) which is set on an upper part of the lower mold device(11), absorbing the first formed-material(5) and forming the second formed-material; the third mold device(51) which is connected with the rotary mold device(21), forming the third formed-material and transferring the third formed-material to a conveyor(41); a hot-air device(61) drying the third formed-material; a high-pressure water washer(71) which is installed on an upper part of the forming tank(3), washing the first mold(12) of the lower mold device(11); and a pneumatic washer(81) washing the second mold(22) of the rotary mold device(21). |
