<p>It is intended to provide an impregnated and laminated oily cake having a novel texture in which the flavors and textures of an air-containing baked cake and a laminated oily cake are well mixed together. This impregnated and laminated oily cake is composed of an air-containing backed cake, an oily cake to be laminated and an oily cake dough to be impregnated in which the oily cake dough to be impregnated is penetrated into the air-containing baked cake.</p> |
