PURPOSE: A cover of a descending device for emergency escape is provided to facilitate installation and dismantling works thereof and to improve the convenience of receiving and safekeeping. CONSTITUTION: The cover(1) of a descending device for emergency escape comprises a cover body(10) that left and right surfaces, and a rear surface and bottom surface thereof are closed and a top surface and front surface are open, and the bottom surface has a semi-circular form; a front cover(30) located at the front side of the cover body to be sewn to the bottom surface of the cover body; an upper cover(50) extended from the upper side of the rear surface of the cover body; a fixing part separably fixed to the inner surface of the cover body; a zipper(35) connecting the front cover and cover body; and a fastening member provided on the upper and front covers.
