PURPOSE: A tension control jig of an alternator belt is provided to firmly fix an alternator and improve working efficiency by easily applying required tension to the alternator belt. CONSTITUTION: A tension control jig(10) of an alternator belt is composed of an upper protruded part(12) formed with a placing groove(18) supporting an upper body of an alternator and a guide groove(20) inserted into a strap trial temporary assembled with the alternator to prevent the separation of the jig; a lower protruded part(14) having a supporting rod(36) supporting a lower body of the alternator; and a pressurizing part(16) pushing the alternator out one side, applying tension to a belt, and having a square groove(24) inserted with a torque wrench measuring torque pressure applied to the belt.
