The present invention relates to compositions for use in the treatment of inflammatory conditions, such as Osteoarthritis (OA), as well as in the treatment of pain. In particular 2-aminophenylacetic acid or an ester, N-acylate or pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, and their use in medicine are disclosed.
