PREPARATION METHOD OF OPTICALLY PURE -HYDROXY- -KETOESTER DERIVATIVE

PURPOSE: A method for preparing an optically pure δ-hydroxy-β-ketoester derivative is provided to obtain the optically pure δ-hydroxy-β-ketoester derivative represented by the formula 1 under the mild condition in high production yield and economically. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of reacting the chiral 3,4-substituted butyric acid represented by the formula 2 and the acid represented by the formula 3 to prepare the compound represented by the formula 4; and refluxing the compound of the formula 4 in an alcohol represented by R3OH, wherein R1 is halogen, or cyano, hydroxy or protected hydroxy group; R2 is H or protected hydroxy group; R3 is an alkyl group of C1-C5 or benzyl group; and the protected hydroxy group means the hydroxy group protected by the protection group selected from the group consisting of ketal, acetal, silyl, alkyl, aryl and araryl groups.
