PURPOSE: An organic electroluminescent device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve the luminescent efficiency and the lifetime of the organic electroluminescent device by applying a transparent photosensitive material to the organic electroluminescent device. CONSTITUTION: A luminescent device unit(5) has upper and lower electrodes(13,7) and is provided on an upper portion of a lower substrate(13). At least one or more isolating film(9) is coupled to an upper portion of the luminescent device unit(5) so as to isolate the moisture provided from the outside. An upper substrate(1) is provided on an upper portion of the isolating film(9). A protecting film(17) is coupled to an upper portion of the isolating film(9). |
