The underside of the grinder-plate (14) has a support (23) made of soft material. A protector around the grinder plate rim has a guard (30) which protrudes beyond the outer line of the grinder support, and partly grips round the outer surface (231) of the support. The guard consists of an elastic bar (32) clipped to the outer periphery (141) of the grinder plate and has an axially extending arm (321).
