PURPOSE: A method for collecting the parking fee using a cellular phone and its system are provided, to make a driver input the cellular phone number when he enters the parking place and to calculate the parking time from the input of the same cellular phone number in exiting, thereby accounting the parking fee by the cellular phone. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises an entrance controller(200) which senses the entrance of a car and allows a driver to input the cellular phone number; a prior billing device(400) which bills the parking fee prior for avoiding the exit rush; an exit controller(300) which senses the exit of a car, compares the entrance time of the car with the exit time to calculate the parking fee, and displays the parking fee, the parking time and the cellular phone number to allow the driver to see them; and a parking place management communication interface(100) which receives from the cellular phone number and the entrance time of the car from the entrance controller and stores the data, transmits the entrance time to the exit controller according to the cellular phone number received from the exit controller, demands the account of the parking fee to the corresponding mobile communication company(500), and controls the exit controller whether the parking fee is accounted or not. |
