PURPOSE: A device is provided to completely prevent milk contained in a nursing bottle from leaking from the nursing bottle, thus improving the convenience of use of the nursing bottle. CONSTITUTION: The device for preventing the leakage of milk from a nursing bottle(10) comprises a cylindrical inner cap(30) formed with a plurality of guide grooves along the circumference thereof so as to be fastened to the upper end of the bottle; an outer cap(40) surrounding the inner cap, which is formed with a plurality of bosses to be inserted into the guide grooves of the inner cap, thereby making the outer cap reciprocating according to the movement of the bosses along the guide recesses; and a fluid channel opening and closing member(50) reciprocating together with the outer cap to allow or cut off the flow of milk toward a nipple(20) of the nursing bottle.
