<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic switching and supplying system for plural fluids capable of reducing damage to pigs, reducing cost on the system, and achieving excellent system operation performance, and excellent system line cleaning performance, etc., in switching the plural fluids to be supplied to a common circulation line to be circulated, a method for supplying them, and an effective method for cleaning. SOLUTION: This automatic switching and supplying system for plural fluids comprises the common circulation line 1 having two or more closed loops of fluid supply piping 7a and 8a in which pumps 12P and 13P are respectively provided through one-way switching valves 33 and 34, and a pig unit 2 comprising a closed loop of a pig line 3 having a single pig station 4, and a closed line of a cleaning liquid line including a pump 11P branched from it for alternately switching the cleaning liquid and the plural fluids to be supplied and circulated while the pig 5 travels. The common circulation line 1 and the pig unit 2 keep continuous or disconnected relation to each other through a four-way valve 10.</p> |
