PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems in a water pump for engaging the outer ring of a bearing with an inner periphery of a press-molded pulley and supporting a pulley with a plump body via the bearing wherein the outer diameter of the pulley is not so different from the outer diameter of the outer ring of the bearings to reduce degree of setting freedom of the pulley diameter, and sufficient dimensional accuracy is not obtained depending on thickness of a steel plate used as a material of the pulley, on a shape of the pulley, and the like. SOLUTION: This water pump comprises the pulley 11, a shift 12 connected to the pulley 11, an impeller 13 connected to the shaft 12, and a body 15 for rotatably journaling the shaft 12 via the bearing 14, and the outer peripheral surface of the bearing 14 is fixed to the resin made pulley 11. The pulley 11 and the shaft 12 are integrally molded with resin. |
