PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly open a door by reducing a difference between the speed at which the door is opened by hand and the speed at which it opens automatically. SOLUTION: A handle is operated to open the door to thereby actuate a releasing drive means for releasing. When the speed at which the door is opened by hand is determined to be fast according to the result of detection by a detection means 18, then a door-opening motor 25 is rotated, after which a clutch 29 is engaged; when the speed is determined to be slow, the motor 26 is rotated after the clutch 29 has been engaged. |
