PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a terminal processing part from being hindrance to the laying of a cable by eliminating the need to prepare many kinds of terminal processing members when the terminal processing part of the optical cable is formed and making the outer diameter of the formed terminal processing part a little larger than the sheath outer diameter of the cable. SOLUTION: A tension member 8 projected out of a terminal of an optical cable 7 is inserted into a tension member insertion hole 31 bored in an end of a terminal processing member 10 of a rod type body having an eye part 15, where a traction tool can be connected, at the other end. After the terminal processing member and the tension member are crimped, and part from the terminal processing member 10 to a sheath near a cable end part 70, except the eye part 15, is molded and united with adhesive resin 20 such as an epoxy resin.
