<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a cross-linked polyethylene resin laminated foamed sheet with embossed patterns, wherein an embossing can be clearly executed on the cross-linked polyethylene resin laminated foamed sheet which is integrally laminated with the polyethylene resin film on the cross-linked polyethylene resin foamed sheet, and furthermore, which is excellent in heat efficiency and is reduced in process. SOLUTION: The cross-linked polyethylene resin forming sheet is heated and foamed to be a cross-linked polyethylene foamed sheet. After that, one face of the sheet is cooled while maintaining the other surface temperature at 60-80 deg.C. Furthermore, the polyethylene resin film is laminated on the sheet surface maintaining the surface temperature at 60-80 deg.C while passing the sheet between the rolls so that the laminated surface side of the sheet become an embossed roll. In this way, the integral lamination of the cross-linked polyethylene resin foamed sheet and the polyethylene resin film, and the embossing can be executed simultaneously.</p> |
