PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for a rubber roll, which enables efficient manufacture of the rubber roll having no mold mark. SOLUTION: After being extruded by an extruder 10, a long cylindrical unvulcanized-rubber body 1 is brought into contact with vaporized gas, so as to be cooled to a low temperature and made to have high hardness. Next, a thermoplastic synthetic resin is extruded to an outer periphery of the body 1 and cooled to form a cylindrical mold 4. After the cylindrical mold 4 is cut, a shaft 5 is inserted into the body 1, both ends of the shaft 5 are held by holding members 6, and the body 1 is heated and vulcanized. After that, the cylindrical mold 4 is removed from the body 1 in such a manner as to be stripped off. The cylindrical mold 4 is recycled. |
