PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic elastomer composition excellent in moldability (such as injection moldability) and providing a molding excellent in flexibility, the sense of touch and abrasion resistance. SOLUTION: The thermoplastic elastomer composition comprises 100 pts.mass of a hydrogenated derivative (a) of a block copolymer (x) expressed by the general formula A-B-A (wherein, A denotes a polymer block of a monovinyl- substituted aromatic hydrocarbon, and B denotes an elastomeric polymer block of a conjugated diene.), 20-200 pts.mass of a polypropylene resin (b) and 50-300 pts.mass of a mineral oil-based rubber softener (c). The thermoplastic elastomer composition also comprises 1-30 pts.mass of an acryl-modified polyorganosiloxane relative to 100 pts.mass of the sum of the hydrogenated derivative (a) of the block copolymer (x), the polypropylene resin (b) and the mineral oil-based rubber softener (c).
