PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a net to be embedded in cement products used as an exterior wall and a rising part of the foundation of a building, etc., which is embedded with easy positioning in a cement product near to its surface almost parallely with its body, primer coat part, or surface, and a cement product in which the net in embedded net. SOLUTION: The net is formed by adhering onto its one side or both sides granular and/or rod-like solids with their content of 20-80% in area ration, which have an average diameter of 1-5 mm with its variation of -30 to +10%.
