PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily shred gelatinized food without losing the shape of the food, and to prevent the seasoning of the food from being adversely affected. SOLUTION: An extruding set 1 comprises an extruding mesh 10, and a packaging bag 20 with the gelatinized food sealed therein. The packaging bag 20 can be inserted in the extruding mesh 10 at its tip part, and a coupling hole 21a is formed in a longitudinal seal part 21 on both sides in the width direction at the tip part of the packaging bag 20. The extruding mesh 10 comprises a cylindrical body 11 with the tip part of the packaging bag 20 inserted therein, a cutting blade 12 for shredding the gelatinized food passing through the body 11, and a coupling projection 15 to be coupled with the coupling hole 21a of the packaging bag 20 with the tip part of the packaging bag 20 inserted in the body 11. |
