PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a sliding member obtained by comminuting and mixing a granular lubricant and a granular resin by a ball milling method or preferably a high energy ball milling method and adhesively dispersing more finely comminuted granular lubricant onto the surface of the granular resin and to provide a method for manufacturing the sliding member obtained by molding the sliding member to a solid matter. SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the sliding member 8 comprises the steps of adding 98 to 50 vol.% of the granular resin having a mean primary particle size of 10-2,000μm and 2 to 50 vol.% of the granular lubricant, mechanically comminuting and mixing them by the ball milling method, and adhesively dispersing the finely comminuted granular lubricant 7 on the surface of the flatly and slenderly deformed granular resin 6. |
