PREVENTIVE MECHANISM FOR CONCRETE MIXER FROM DETERIORATION OF QUALITY OF CONCRETE AND CONCRETE MIXER WITH THE SAME MECHANISM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent concrete from deterioration (degrading) in quality during a transit period or mixing process. SOLUTION: In a concrete mixer 12 which mixes cement, gravel, sand and water or transits the mixed concrete while agitating the mixed concrete, covering material 18 is deposited on a thermally insulating material 16 coated on the circumference of a rotary drum 14 of the concrete mixer. The rotary drum 14 is isolated from the outer atmosphere by the both thermally insulating material 16 and the covering material 18 coated thereon which prevents the concrete mixed or agitated therein from being deteriorated in quality.
