PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To constitute a stacker-reclaimer preventing a return torque from applying to a boom in scraping works of bulk solids. SOLUTION: This stacker-reclaimer is provided with a machine body 3 reciprocating astride carry-in/out conveyors C1 and C2 on a track 1, a boom 5 equipped with a normally/reversely travelable boom conveyor 10 and a scraper K and rotatably supported to the machine body 3 with its face up/prone, and a tripper 21 reciprocating integrally with the machine body 3. The scraper K is provided in the tip part of the boom 5 and comprises a pair of scraping wheels 33 and 33 mutually internally rotating in the both sides of an intake port 32 on a horizontal loading base 31 with the intake port 32 opened therein. The tip of the boom conveyor 10 can be extended/contracted to/from a lower position of the horizontal loading base 31.
