PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a total ventilation building system. SOLUTION: In a naturally ventilated building, there are provided a natural air-inlet from the outside in a living room, an exhaust port from the living room to a common use space, an exhaust path formed by utilizing the common use space passing to an upper stair, and an auxiliary ventilator; the building is further provided with an opening/closing sensor for sensing opening/closing condition of an opening member, and a weather sensor for sensing outside weather; and the opening/closing condition are controlled, on the basis of sensing results, and further, the operation condition of the auxiliary ventilator are controlled in the total ventilation system.
