PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correct a misalignment by using the inspected result, hat appropriately detects the belt bias power of a pulley layout consisting of plural V- pulleys. SOLUTION: A strain gauge 4a is attached to the notch-shaped tongued piece part where demarcation is made, providing the taper shaped notch part 4k on the side location of the right and left of V-groove part, that is formed to the measuring pulley 4. The lateral pressure by the belt 3 is measured by a dynamic strain gauge 11 simultaneously to the right and left, and the direction of misalignment is detected by computing the difference in the lateral pressures on the right and on the left.
