PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high flame-resistant olefin resin composition that is superior in mechanical strength, scratch resistance, processability, especially roll processability, calendering, high-frequency welder processability, etc., regardless an inorganic compound is blended, and excellent in flame resistance and shell formability at burning. SOLUTION: The flame-resistant resin composition contains a base resin composition of 100 pts.wt. contains copolymer (A) constituted of an ethylene and vinyl acetate or additional other polar group-containing monomer and a copolymer (B1 and/or B2) constituted of an olefin and unsaturated carboxylic acid ester or additional other polar group-containing monomer, a flame-resistant inorganic compound (D) of 25-200 pts.wt. and a mixed phosphate (E) of 0-10 pts.wt.
