PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively cool a differential device without using exclusive cooling parts. SOLUTION: A transmission 13 is connected to an end part on the vehicle front side, of a propeller shaft 11 accommodated in a floor tunnel 9 formed on a lower surface of a floor in the center of the car width direction, of a floor panel 1, and the differential device 15 is connected to an end part on the vehicle rear side. The vehicle front side of the differential device 15 is provided with a sub-muffler 17 connected to a main muffler 17 through a rear tube 23. An upper face of a central position in the car width direction, of the sub-muffler 17 is provided with an air guide recessed part 25 extended in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle and inclined to be deeper toward the rear side, and an end upper face 25a of the vehicle rear side of the air guide recessed part 25 is positioned lower than a lower end face of the differential device 15.
