PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foods delivery service system reducing the load of a delivery man in catering and loading works and suppressing erroneous delivery as much as possible. SOLUTION: This foods service system comprises a tray 5 attached with an RF(Radio Frequency) tag 6 capable of reading/writing information including information capable of catering foods, an order receipt control part 31 preparing receipt information based on an order, a catering information control part 32 preparing and controlling delivery information including delivery destinations of trays delivered by a delivery vehicle 8 based on order reception information and catering/loading information including catering data commanding the foods items to be put on the respective trays and tray loading data commanding a loading process of the trays onto a delivery vehicle corresponding to the delivery order based on the order receipt information, an output part 2 writing the delivery information in the RF tag, and a portable terminal device 7 having a function displaying the catering information and the delivery information. |
