PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flooring with a shock absorbing sheet which can prevent generation of floor creaking noise when executed by using double coated adhesive tape. SOLUTION: The flooring 10 has a plate-shaped flooring body 20 and the shock absorbing sheet 50 sticked to the lower face of the flooring body 20. Chamfering parts 25 are formed to a lower end of an outer peripheral part of the floor material body 20, and at the same time, an outer peripheral end edge 5 of the shock absorbing sheet 50 is arranged between the outer peripheral end edge 25a and an inner peripheral end edge 25b of the chamfering part 25. Corresponding outer peripheral end faces between the adjacent floorings 10 are joined each other by a plurality of the floorings 10, and, a plurality of the floorings 10 are laid on a floor substrate 4 by adhering the vicinity of the joint parts to the floor substrate 4 via the double coated adhesive tape 60.
